There aren’t any dictionary published in this world till date that clearly defines the difference between to complete or to finish. Having said that there might be definitely a meaning when to use them depending upon the situation you are in today.
There is a saying that goes “One look is worth a 1000 words” in the same way I can tell you “One word is worth a 1000 expressions“. That being said when a man has found his life’s best partner, I can tell you are a Complete man, on the contrary when a man chooses a wrong partner, I can tell you are Finished man and finally, when a man chooses a shopping cart , I tell you are Completely Finished.
