Living in a fast paced world, stress can arise from various sources like work, relationships, financial or health related. No matter the case, your presence of mind and mindfulness is the key to battle Stress. Keep in mind during those trying moments, start thinking about the present and forget about the tomorrow, see how you could make up to the present and stop worrying about the tomorrow. As tomorrow would never exist unless you are present for today.

Learning to manage your time is another crucial phase in battling Stress, by understanding and giving priority to only what is important today. It is also important to know when to take breaks to recharge your mind and body, without which you are no where close to the mission and goals you are willing to achieve while at work or elsewhere. It’s during those breaks that gives you the space to re-think or help you find a new strategy in achieving present goals.

Additionally having a hobby in hand or any activity that brings you joy personally is a very pro-active approach to keep Stress at the exit door.
