Four Pillars To Sustainability
Sustainability is systematically addressing the present’s needs without compromising future generations’ ability to meet their needs. Sustainability is a philosophy that aims to create and maintain natural and artificial living environments that can be continually sustained without the need for long-term external inputs. The term can also refer to environmental health, social justice, economic development, and human well-being, which comprise sustainability’s four pillars.
Economic sustainability
Economic sustainability is the long-term viability of a product, service, or business. At this point, it’s hard to know the future of economic sustainability. Some predict it will be tough with limited resources and high unemployment rates. Others argue that the digital age will lead to new industries and jobs that we can’t yet foresee. We can’t pinpoint the future of economic sustainability because it largely depends on several factors, including the digital age’s impact on jobs and industries, our ability to sustain our resource usage and encourage sustainability, and emerging technologies that could help reduce the costs of production, transportation, and waste.
Social sustainability
Social sustainability is a buzzword that describes making decisions for the public interest and the common good. It refers to creating policies and practices that benefit those in power and those marginalized by race, class, gender, and other categories. The concept is nearly always tied to the idea of “sustainable development”, a term that has been used since 1974 to describe an approach to growth and change that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Environmental sustainability
As the world population grows and natural resources dwindle, sustainable living development becomes increasingly essential. Sustainability is about having control over our natural resources, recognizing and acting on limits to resource availability, and finding intelligent ways to live without destroying our environment. “Sustaining life on Earth” means keeping the natural systems that support life functioning healthy so that as many species can survive. The sustainability of our economy depends on the sustainability of our environment. For example, Sustainability is about having control over our natural resources, recognizing and acting on limits to resource availability, and finding smart ways to live without destroying our environment.
Human sustainability
Humans can make their own decisions, but what happens when those decisions are bad for the environment?
Evidence has shown that intensive animal agriculture contributes to deforestation, air and water pollution, habitat destruction, and greenhouse gas emissions. The number of products we consume is growing due to the population boom. This means more resources are being used for packaging and transporting products rather than raw materials, leading to increased environmental pressure. Human sustainability means making a conscious effort to live a responsible life. This includes using products and electricity from renewable sources and recycling materials
Learn One Law
Everyone today only needs to master and learn One Law which is the Labor Law and by doing that you are indirectly managing all the other laws that falls suite in today’s digital world. The power of knowing labor laws will automatically harness the benefits of having the laws around your digital world also being safeguarded. Whenever less attention has been paid to labor laws, that’s exactly when your organization shall fall prey to other laws in today’s digital world. There is nothing more challenging in today’s world to manage humans than managing technology. Less attention paid to labor will automatically be a huge responsibility or a threat to your digital world. The biggest threat in today’s digital world is not the threat posed by technology or the weakness around it but the threat of humans acting against the technology. The more you embrace the labor force the less you need to worry about your digital world. This is the law governing everyone today and the moment you master the trade to learn the Labor, consider the rest to be taken care by itself and that is the secret sauce to your digital safety.
Time For Basics
With the advent of high energy prices, this could bring our global economy to a jeopardy with regards how to manage the daily source of energy. Energy is not a small contributor to a developing economy or country but an oxygen to run their daily life starting from Home to Office to Schools to Grocery to Malls to Restaurants to Movies to Sports or even to Mars. With the price of fuel expecting to be sky rocketing is there an immediate replacement to make sure there is still a way to run your show or get back to learning the basics. Energy is the source of all developments and the luxury you see around . Energy is the blessing your economy or your land is given and if you are willing to sacrifice energy for the best or for the worst, let’s get our basics straight from the heart.
Personal Choice
It’s easy to be happy if everything is going your way, but defining happiness that way reduces it to be a product of luck. Some days are good but there are probably more days that are just normal or plain bad, and it is on those days that the true nature of happiness is revealed. Staying positive even when there have been a bad day and everything that can go wrong seems to be going wrong. People who have learned to smile even though the worst of times have already learned a very important lesson. Therefore that’s right happiness is a choice all the time and not an accident, not a charitable gift from the universe rather choosing to see happiness in any situation that you are put into. Learning to change is frustrating but the end it is worth it.
Climate Change
All analysis of data for the past 50 years shows that most of the observed global warming changes happening today is not due to any natural causes but by a significant role of human activities. On the same line of thought global warming refers only to Earth’s rising temperature, while climate change includes warming and the side effects of warming like melting ice and heavy draughts. Ultimately global warming is the major side effect of human activities for climate change.
To fight the climate change humans must learn to evolve to renewable energies such as sun, wind, rain, waves and other forms of heat rather than burning fuels. Many feel climate change is a joke and not a reality but the natural disasters happening around us while you are still around is earth’s response to our daily actions. The choices you and me make today could reduce the chances of more serious potential consequences and to do this we all need to be working together to fight the common goal. The immediate response to provide a cushion to our planet earth is to plant more trees and help the reduction of toxic gases. The more we intent to burn a lot of fuel parallelly we should consider to plant more trees so that there is a balance between what we intend do and what the earth can help us do. Trees has always been humans best shelter right before he could built his first home and in reality we still need to depend on them. Even concrete walls needs oxygen and that is how important is plants in our daily life’s.
Plan now so you and your coming generations has a future to look forward to on this beautiful planet Earth, because there is no other Planet B.
Sell It
No matter what we learn and do, one should learn to convince and sell. If you have mastered that trade to sell, you have accomplished the major struggle in your career. This should be the trade you master at your work and be good at what you do. Once you are able to convince your work, you have mastered your trade.
Machine’s Run Fast, We Learn Faster
In today’s race with machines, they are made to work faster than us and think faster than us, but lacks the capability to learn new stuff like the way we do unless we tell them what needs to be done. This is where we can win over them in this race against humanity. Machines are here in a way to help us in our daily monotonous jobs and support us in our daily routine work and that’s mean they are here not to compete but rather help. While we are out from our routine or monotonous work, this gives us the capability or the freedom to think outside the box and find new opportunities which can contribute to the well being of the people around us or the environment itself. While we invest our time in learning new things this definitely expands our horizon in finding new areas of work and opportunities to grow. Therefore while machines helps us to run faster consider this a time saver to help us learn new stuffs for a better future. Join me here www.learnmystuff.com
